DO you want specific cuts and roasts in your share? Otter Creek NOW offers half or whole cow purchasing for $4.25 per hanging weight # plus butchering fee (approx. $1.25/HW#). This is a great way to customize your share and make sure you have plenty of meat for the entire year...or split the meat with someone else. Please check with the farm as size of the share will vary based on the animal. You can expect the hanging weight of a half to be 300# to 450# and can ask for extras like: tongue, oxtail, tallow, scraps and bones for dogs and organ meats. WE will fill out a custom cut sheet just for YOU!
