DO you want specific cuts and roasts in your share? Otter Creek NOW offers half or whole pig purchasing for $6 per hanging weight # plus butchering fee (approx. $2/HW#). This is a great way to customize your share and make sure you have plenty of meat for the entire year...or split the meat with someone else. You can expect the hanging weight of a half to be 100# to 125# and can ask for extras like: tongue, lard and organ meats. WE will fill out a custom cut sheet just for YOU!
